CANCELLATIONS: Monthly guests – we require a $100 deposit that is applied to your last electric bill. Cancellation of your reservation must be done by 5 p.m. two days before your arrival date; otherwise, this deposit is non-refundable. Before that there will be a 10% cancellation fee. |
