| CANCELLATIONS: Nightly guests must cancel by 1 p.m. two days (2) before the arrival date. After that time, your payment is non-refundable. Before that there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Monthly guests – we require a $100 deposit that is applied to your last electric bill. Cancellation of your reservation must be done by 1 p.m. seven days (7) before your arrival date; otherwise, this deposit is non-refundable, along with a $150 cancellation fee. Before the 7 day window, there will be a $150 cancellation fee applied. |
