CANCELLATIONS: Nightly guests must cancel by 1 p.m. two days (2) before the arrival date. After that time, your payment is non-refundable. Before that there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Monthly guests – We require a $100 deposit. Cancellation of your reservation must be done by 1pm seven days (7) before your arrival date and will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations within the weekly window (from 6 days up to the arrival date) will incur a $150 cancellation fee. |
